Describe your role at Tilley Green I am here to look after our customers - whether it's placing and processing their orders or helping them with any product queries or specific requests they may have. I also help out with Tilley Green marketing activity

Career background? I worked for Shropshire Council's Public Protection Department for 23 years as their Senior Systems Administrator. I then went on to run my own successful bistro in my home town.

What aspect of your job do you find most rewarding? Providing the best service I can to our customers.

Your favourite coffee drink? Affogato - coffee or pudding ? Espresso poured over vanilla ice cream.

The best location to be relaxing with the perfect cup of coffee? Cyprus - sun, sea and sand!

Best place ever visited? Clearwater in Florida.

What did you want to be when you grew up? A art teacher.

Person who has inspired you the most and why? My husband, Chris. He makes me laugh everyday. He is kind, loving, generous but most of all a gentleman!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? Keep smiling :)

If you could choose any three dinner guests, who would they be? Lee Mack, Dawn French and Julian Clary.

You are allowed to take one item to your desert island, what would it be? Ipad

If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would spend your money on? A new car for my hubby.

Your greatest achievement? My gorgeous daughter, Cecillia.

What are your hobbies/interests? Gardening, cooking, cinema/films, socialising with friends & family.
